Payment:
Visa/Mastercard & America Express Checks are also accepted if your stay is booked and paid for more then two weeks ahead of time. Payment is due at time of reservation.

Damage Deposit:
We require a $250 damage deposit (or credit authorization), which will be refunded to you as soon as soon as our housekeeping staff reports the cottage to be in good condition.

Cancellations:
30 days notice is required in off-season for a refund. Rescheduling/Changing dates are considered a cancellation if the dates do not re-rent. Peak-Season rentals are final- no refunds for peak-season rentals. All cancellations must be confirmed with a cancellation number.



Sorry no refunds for early departures or power failure (at our discretion). The cottage has hot water and heat during power outtages.
