Summerbrook Cottage Room Rates are based on double occupancy.

Off Season: September 8th- May 20th

Mid-week: $120 per night

Weekends: $140 per night 

 

Valid October 1st, 2011 through April 30th, 2012

Stay two nights and get a third night free.

Or Stay two or more nights midweek at Summerbrook Cottage for

$100/night

Specials may not be combined. You must mention the special rate at the time you make your reservation to validate.

Summer Season: May 21st- September 7th

Mid-week: $140 per night

Weekends: $160 per night

Each additional guest is $10 per night.

Weekends have a two night minimum stay.  Guests wishing to stay just one weekend night will be charge an extra $20 cleaning fee.
